When paying for a subscription, please ensure you don't have an active AdBlock extension. If you are using a Brave browser, please turn the shield off.

If the payment details went through but you got an error message that your card got declined, here are some possible reasons why it may have failed:

  • The purchase exceeds the maximum transaction allowed by your bank.

  • Your bank blocks transactions that are outside your country.

  • If you pay in any other currency besides the dollar, expect a small fee, and ensure you have enough money on the card. Otherwise, it will fail due to insufficient funds.

In cases where you are certain that your card is working, it's best to contact your bank for more information. Alternatively try using another method of payment.
