You can add payment cards to your account within your account settings.

1. Click on top right button > Account in the drop down

2. On the Account Settings page, click on the "Plan & Billing" tab

3. Scroll down until you find the Payment Methods section, and click on "Add Payment Method"

4. Fill in the required payment information on the next page, and once you confirm all the information has been entered correctly, click on the "Add New Card" button at the bottom of the page

5. Once the card is successfully added you will get a notification on the top right section of your screen and the card will be visible on the same page.
